The product software does not work properly. What should I do?
- Make sure you have correctly installed your software. Make sure your computer system meets all the requirements specified for your software. Make sure your software supports this model of scanner. Make sure the computer has enough memory for your software. If you're running other software at the same time, using RAM resident programs, or have many device drivers, the computer may not have enough memory left.
