I can't scan film or slides. What should I do?

• Make sure the transparency unit is properly connected to the scanner before plugging in the AC adapter and before launching EPSON Scan from your scanning application.
  
  If you are using Home or Professional Mode in EPSON Scan, make sure the correct Document type is selected.
