The product's power is on and it has not been used for more then 30 minutes, but my product will not go into Sleep mode. What should I do to enable this feature?

• The projector will only go into sleep mode if does not receive a signal. If a computer or monitor are connected with the power on a signal is present and the projector will not go into sleep mode.
