I purchased a new subscription with additional minutes, but they are not available to use with my glasses. What should I do?

  • To use a new subscription and additional minutes, the Company Super Admin should do the following:

    1. Log into the Moverio Assist website, if necessary.
    2. Click Glasses at the top of the page.
    3. Delete and re-add the glasses you purchased a new subscription and additional minutes for.
    4. Click the activation code for the glasses you re-added.

    Important: When then Company Super Admin deletes the existing glasses, any minutes remaining on the existing plan for those glasses are also deleted.
