I did not receive the email with the account's setup links for Moverio Assist. What should I do?
Check if the email is in the SPAM/JUNK folder of your email client. If you are using Outlook, add "email@example.com" to your safe senders list. To add the address, do the following:
- Select the Home tab, click Junk, then click Junk E-mail Options.
- Select the Safe Senders tab, click Add and enter the email address.
