How do I transfer access to the Company Super Admin account to another individual within my organization?

  • The Company Super Admin can transfer the account. To transfer the account do the following:

    1. Log into the Company Super Admin account.
    2. Click the Admins tab.
    3. You see a list of Admins setup for your company. Your Company Super Admin account will appear.
    4. Click the Details link for your Company Super Admin account.
    5. Click the Transfer Super Admin Access button.
    6. Enter the County of Residence and email of the individual in your organization to who you will the account to.
    7. Enter the date the transfer should take effect.
    8. Click the Save button.
    The new Company Super Admin will receive an email on the date of transfer with a link to activate the new account.
