How to add a printer

For SureColor models with a on-board Epson ES Agent for ECSP — F3070, F2270, F1070, F10070/F10070H, F6470, F6470H, R5070, R5070L, T7770D, T7770DL, T7770DM, T5770D, T5770DL, T5770DM, T3770DE, T3770DR, T3770E, P8570D, P8570DL, P6570DL, P6570DE, P6570D, P6570E, P5370, D17070, D570

  1. Copy the agent key from the box on the previous screen.
  2. Open a web browser on a computer connected to the same network as your printer, and enter your printer’s IP address in the address bar.
  3. Select the Printer Data Sharing tab.
  4. Click Enable in the Printer Data Sharing field.
  5. Paste the agent key you copied in step 1 into the Agent Key field, then click OK.

For all other compatible SureColor printer models that use the Epson Data Collection Agent for ECSP:

  1. Click HERE to download Epson DC Agent for ECSP on a local Windows computer.
  2. Run the DC Agent for ECSP_vX.X.X.exe installer.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to install the software and enable data sharing.
  4. Click Log in when prompted. The Epson Cloud Solution PORT login page opens in your browser.
  5. If the login is successful, a confirmation screen appears. Click OK, then close your browser.
