Why does my Pulsense device vibrate or light up?

• It's notifying you that you've moved in or out of your selected heart rate zone. The more lights that appear, the faster your heart is pumping. To turn this feature off, open the PULSENSE View app, tap > Device settings, set the LED setting to Off and the Vibration switch to white (not green).
