Epson's nationwide network of Authorized Servicers are conveniently located to assist you with your repair needs. Your system device product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period and, while under warranty, all replacement parts and labour are provided without charge.

Authorized Service Provider Program
Epson Customer Care Centres (ECCCs), our nationwide network of Authorized Service Providers, are available to offer timely and cost-effective support solutions for Epson POS products. This includes in-warranty and out-of-warranty product support, as well as equipment diagnostics and spare parts. Simply contact the nearest ECCC in your area.
Strategic Developer Partners have the option to become ECCCs. The ECCC program offers two advantages: maximizing the profit potential of your service department and building long-term relationships with your customers. If you're interested in becoming authorized as a service provider, you must meet certain Epson requirements.
