My step count is inaccurate when I ride a bike. Why does this happen?

• To count a step, the Pulsense device detects the movement of your arm(s) with its acceleration sensor. When you ride a bike, your arms may not be constantly moving, which can cause your step count to be inaccurate. The Pulsense device may also count steps if it detects vibrations from the road.
