The product's controller does not respond to my touch. What should I do?

  • Try the following:

    • Make sure the key lock is not on. Press the switch key to release the key lock.
    • Make sure the controller is not in Sleep mode. Press the power button briefly to wake the product.
    • If the controller still does not respond, turn it off by holding down the power button for at least 10 seconds. After the product shuts down, restart and test the controller. If these instructions did not solve the problem, contact Epson support.

      Note: You may lose data if you turn off the product this way.
