I activated an annual subscription using the Annual License Code (ELC Type), but now the glasses associated with that subscription are damaged or lost. What should I do?

  • If you damage or lose your glasses, you can transfer the Annual License Code (ELC Type) to a new pair of glasses. Delete the account of the damaged or lost glasses and then create a new account using the Annual License Code. Do the following:

    1. The Company Super Admin must log-in to the Moverio Assist website.
    2. Click the Glasses tab at the top of the page.
    3. Click the Activation Code for the missing glasses.

      Note: The Activation Code corresponds to the Annual License Code. It consists of 18 digits.

    4. Make a note of the Activation Code and save it in a location where you can easily retrieve it.
    5. Click Delete Glasses at the bottom of the page.
    6. Click Glasses at the top of the page and then click + Add Glasses.
    7. Scroll down to the Activation Code field and enter the Annual License Code.
    8. Complete all remaining fields and then click Activate.
    The transferred Annual License Code carries the same expiration date as the original account.
