Error While Adding
- Set up Epson Connect. Depending on your printer model, do one of the following:
- If you see this icon at the top of your product’s home screen, select it, then select Router and note your product’s IP address.
- If you see this icon at the top of your product’s home screen, select it and note your product’s IP address.
- Enter the IP address into your computer or mobile device’s web browser.
- When you see a security message, do one of the following:
- On Android devices, select Advanced > Proceed to [your printer’s IP address].
- On iOS devices, select Show Details > visit this website > Visit website.
- In the Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browsers, click Details or Advanced, then select the option to continue.
- In the Firefox browser, select Advanced > Add Exception > Confirm Security Exception.
- Depending on your printer model, do one of the following:
- Select Network > Epson Connect Services.
- Select Basic Settings > Epson Connect Services.
- Select Epson Connect Services.
- Select Register. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Epson Connect account and connect your printer.
- Do one of the following:
- On an Android device, press and hold the Home button until the Google Assistant appears.
- On an iOS device, install and run the Google Assistant app.
- Select the Explore icon.
- Search for the Epson Printer action and select it.
- Select Link.
- Enter your Epson Connect username and password, and select Sign In.
- Select Try It to test the Epson Printer action.
