When you have issues with your product, call Epson support where a service agent will try to resolve your issue over the phone. If we cannot fix the issue, Epson will schedule a service technician to visit your business.

If we are not able to fix the issue, Epson will dispatch a replacement unit shipped Next-Business-Day to you. When you receive the replacement unit, simply return your original product in the same box; Epson covers shipping both ways.
