I'm scanning a business card using the Auto size setting and my scanned imaged shows a black rectangle next to the scanned image. Why?

• The auto-crop feature incorrectly calculated the size of the original document. To correct this problem download Epson Scan 3.663A or later for Mac or 3.682A or later for PC. Uninstall Your EPSON Scanning Software and install the newer version.
