The product does not detect multiple documents placed on the scanner glass when I use the optional flatbed scanner dock. What should I do?

• Try the following:

  Note: To use the optional flatbed scanner dock, you also need the Epson Perfection V19/V39 scanner. The flatbed scanner dock is supported in Windows only. You cannot use the flatbed scanner dock and the optional Epson Network Interface Unit at the same time.

  • Make sure you position photos 0.1 inch (2.5 mm) from the top and side edges of the scanner glass and at least 0.8 inch (20 mm) apart from each other.
  • Make sure the scanner glass is clean. Clean the scanner glass with a soft, lint-free cloth (microfiber is recommended), moistened with a little glass cleaner. Paper towels are not recommended.

    Caution:
    Do not spray glass cleaner directly on the glass, and do not press the glass surface with any force.
