I see the message You cannot send the email. Confirm the settings. What should I do?
In order to use the Attach to Email feature, you need to allow the Epson ScanSmart software access to your email. To allow access, do the following:
Note: Epson ScanSmart uses the Apple Mail client. To attach your email, your email account must be configured in the Apple Mail client.
- Open the menu, select System Preferences > Security and Privacy.
- Click the Privacy tab, then click to allow editing. If necessary, enter the password and click OK.
- Select Automation, and click the Mail checkbox for Epson ScanSmart.
- Click .
- Open Epson ScanSmart and try using the Attach to Email feature.
