Why can't I play video clips on my computer?

• Make sure you have QuickTime installed on your computer. You should have installed it when you installed Image Expert. It will try to install automatically after Image Expert is installed. Do not interrupt the installation. If you need to, it can be installed manually by browsing the CD-ROM and running the installer file.
