When I try to print, the Print box automatically goes to the Fax mode and I don't even have a fax. What should I do?

• The issue that you are having can be resolved by following these directions:
  
  1. Click on START, go to SETTINGS, and click on PRINTERS.
  2. Double click on your STYLUS C42 icon.
  3. Click on where it says PRINTER, and then click on where it says SET AS DEFAULT.
  
  The Stylus C42 has now been set as the default printer.
