My printout has incorrect margins. What should I do?

If you're scanning, make sure you've aligned the document correctly. Place your document or photo in the upper-left corner of the glass, but make sure the top and left edges are about 1/8 inch away from the edges of the glass.
If you're printing from your computer, the problem could be due to a software setting or the paper may be loaded incorrectly. See Incorrect margins.
If you're copying using the buttons on the RX700, the problem could be caused by any of the following:- The paper may be loaded incorrectly. See Loading paper.
- Your document may not be aligned correctly. Place your document or photo in the upper-left corner of the glass, but make sure the top and left edges are about 1/8 inch away from the edges of the glass.
- The Copy layout, Zoom In/Out, and Paper Size settings can all affect the size of the margins.
