My printout has incorrect margins. What should I do?

If you're scanning, make sure you've aligned the document correctly. Place your document or photo in the upper-left corner of the glass, but make sure the top and left edges of your document or photo are about 1/8 inch away from the edges of the glass. See Placing Documents and Photos.
If you're printing from your computer, the problem could be due to a software setting or the paper may be loaded incorrectly. See The margins are incorrect.
If you're printing from a web browser, the pages may not print correctly due to the web page design. Check to see if there is a Printer Friendly Version (or similarly named) icon or link on the web page that you can click. If not, experiment with page setup and paper size, then select Print Preview from the File menu in your application to view the changes.
If you're copying using the buttons on the RX620, the problem could be related to any of the following:- The printer paper may be loaded incorrectly. See Loading paper.
- Your document may not be aligned correctly. Place your document or photo in the upper-left corner of the glass, but make sure the top and left edges of your document or photo are about 1/8 inch away from the edges of the glass. See Placing Documents and Photos.
- The layout, Reduce/Enlarge, Zoom In/Out and Paper Size settings can all affect the size of the margins.
