The quality of my printed output is unacceptable. What should I do?

• If your output does not look good but the image looks fine on your computer screen, make sure you select the correct quality option, paper type, paper size and orientation setting in the printer driver for your print job. See Select Basic Options for Windows or Select Basic Print Options for Macintosh*. If that doesn't help, see Print Quality Problems (quality is correct on screen).
  
  If the image also looks incorrect on screen, see Image Quality Problems (quality problem appears on screen).
  
  * The Epson Stylus CX9475Fax software works only with Windows XP, XP Professional x64 Edition, and Windows Vista 32- and 64-bit. It does not support Windows 2000 or Macintosh.
