Nothing happens when I try to print. What should I do?

  • If you're printing from your computer, make sure the USB cable is connected securely at both ends and that the cable meets the System Requirements.

    If you're printing on a network, see Set Up Network Printing for instructions on configuring your PictureMate software for use on a network. If more than one printer driver is installed, make sure the correct driver is selected.
