I notice lines of ink smearing on the front and back of my prints. What should I do?

• You will need to clean inside of PictureMate.
  
  Do the following:
  
  1. Press the Menu button.
  2. Press or to highlight Maintenance, then press OK.
  3. Press or to select Cleaning Sheet, then press OK. You see a confirmation message.
  4. Press OK to feed the paper.
  5. If the paper is clean, select No and press OK to exit.
     
     If the paper has ink marks, select Yes and press OK again to feed a clean sheet of paper.
  6. Repeat step 5 until the paper is clean.
