How do I clear the fax header on my product?

• Do the following:
  1. Press Home if necessary, then press or and select Setup.
  2. Press or and select Restore Default Settings.
  3. Select Reset Fax Data Settings:.
     
     Note: This setting will restore the Speed Dial Setup, Group Dial Setup, Header, and Fax Log settings to their original state.
  4. Select Yes, then press OK to confirm.
