How do I print a multi-page document from Windows or my Mac so it stacks in the correct page order?

• Follow the steps below for your operating system to print a multi-page document in reverse order.
  
  Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP:
  1. Open the File menu and select Print.
  2. Click Properties or Preferences.
  3. Click the Main tab.
  4. Select Reverse Order.
  5. Click OK.
  
  Macintosh 10.4.11, 10.5.8, 10.6.x:
  1. Open the File menu and select Print.
     
     With Macintosh OS X 10.5.x or 10.6.x, click the  button to expand the Print window, if necessary.
  2. Select Paper Handling from the printer options pop-up menu.
  3. Select Reverse for the Page Order setting.
  4. Click Print.
