My product doesn't detect my photos placed on the scanner glass when I use the Copy/Restore Photos option on the control panel. What should I do?

  • Try the following:

    • Make sure the scanner glass is clean and free of fingerprints, smudges, etc. (When cleaning the glass, spray the glass cleaner onto a cloth and then wipe the glass. Never spray glass cleaner directly onto the scanner glass.)
    • If you place multiple originals on the scanner glass, make sure they are at least 0.2 inch (5 mm) away from each other.
