My product will not power on. What should I do?

• This may occur when the battery is empty and the printer is charging using a USB cable. Try the following:
  • If the printer will not turn on, we recommend charging the battery using the AC adapter.
  • If you are charging using a USB cable, try these solutions:
  • Charge the battery for at least 30 minutes before turning it on.
  • If you are charging from a computer, make sure the computer is on and not in sleep or hibernation mode.

  Note: When charging the battery using a USB cable and the battery is completely out of charge, the printer will not turn on until it has been charged for 30 minutes. If you need to use the printer while the battery is charging, charge the battery using the AC adapter.
