The message Open the output tray manually appears on my product. What should I do?

• You need to extend the product's output tray completely. The product's output tray should remain extended when ever you print. To pull it out, do the following:
  1. Raise the control panel all the way up.

     
     
     

  2. Open the front cover.

     
     
     

  3. Pull out the output tray until it stops.
