I am unable to scan multiple images at once. What should I do?

Try the following:
- Make sure you position photos at least 0.2 inch (5 mm) away from each other and from the corner mark on the scanner glass if you are making separate copies, and 0.8 inch (20 mm) away from each other if you are scanning.
Note: If you are making separate copies, your photos can be up to 4 x 6 inches (102 x 152 mm). If you are scanning multiple photos, the photos must be at least 0.6 × 0.6 inch (15 × 15 mm) in size.
- Make sure the scanner glass is clean. Clean the scanner glass with a soft, lint-free cloth (microfiber is recommended), moistened with a little glass cleaner. Paper towels are not recommended.
Caution:
Do not spray glass cleaner directly on the glass, and do not press the glass surface with any force.
- Make sure you position photos at least 0.2 inch (5 mm) away from each other and from the corner mark on the scanner glass if you are making separate copies, and 0.8 inch (20 mm) away from each other if you are scanning.
