What media thickness does the printer accept?

• The product supports the following media thickness:

  • Roll paper: 0.003 to 0.02 inches (0.08 to 0.5 mm)
  • Cut sheet paper:
    • 0.003 to 0.01 inches (0.08 to 0.27 mm) in the paper cassette
    • 0.003 to 0.03 inches (0.08 to 0.8 mm) in the rear manual feeder
    • 0.003 to 0.06 inches (0.08 to 1.5 mm) in the front manual feeder
  • Poster board: 0.031 to 0.059 inches (0.08 to 1.5 mm)
