There is paper loaded on the tractor unit, but my product beeps three times. Why won't my product load paper?

• If you are using letter size (8.5" x 11") paper, make sure the paper is loaded over to the left side of the printer and the paper release lever is in the correct position. If the paper sensor(located on the left side of the printer) does not sense that there is paper loaded, the printer will not operate properly.
