I just replaced an ink cartridge and my product still won't print correctly. What should I do?

If you are having problem printing Black or Color after installing a new ink cartridge, please try the following to reseat the ink cartridge.
If the Ink-out lights are on:
Press the cleaning button and hold for 3 seconds.
The print head should move to the install position (the position to change the ink cartridge).
Lift the clamp, which locks the ink cartridge in place, all the way up but do not remove the ink cartridge.
Close the clamp on the ink cartridge.Press and release the Load/Eject button.
If the Ink-out lights are off:
Press the Load/Eject button and hold for 3 seconds.

Close the clamp on the ink cartridge.Press and release the Load/Eject button.
When preparing the ink cartridge for installation, make sure the white label on the ink cartridge, is not removed along with the yellow tape. If the white label is removed, the ink can dry up very quickly. This can, in turn cause no print, severe banding or ultimately damage the print head. If the white label was removed, replace the ink cartridge immediately.
Note: The instructions above will reset the ink cartridge's counter to zero (representing a new ink cartridge) and may result in the ink cartridge running empty without the printer's ink out lights becoming lit if performed when ink cartridge has been used for printing prior to the problem.
Run an extended Cleaning Cycle:
* Hold down the Cleaning button for 60 seconds.
* Let the cleaning cycle complete.
Print the nozzle check from the printer driver options / utilities and check the output. Repeat the cleaning cycles from the utilities menu, if necessary, with a nozzle check between each cleaning cycle.
