What does the message Service Req. OD100102 mean?

• This message appears when the paper hopper is jarred loose during shipping, and then fails to initialize when you turn on the printer. Turn off the printer and make sure the paper hopper is locked in the down position. The error message should be cleared when you turn the printer on again.
