All my product lights are flashing rapidly. What is wrong?

• The firmware update may have failed. Disconnect and reconnect the power cord from the projector. If the projector lights continue to flash even after reconnecting the power cord, remove the power plug from the electrical outlet and contact Epson PrivateLine support at 800-637-7661.
