The blue LED on my Pulsense device indicates a full charge, but the PULSENSE View app does not indicate the same. What should I do?

Try the following:
- Refresh the PULSENSE View battery level screen. To refresh the screen, change to a different screen in the app, then return to the battery level screen.
- Make sure the charging terminals on your Pulsense device are clean. You can clean them with a damp cotton swab, but make sure the terminals are not wet before you place your device into its charging cradle.
If that does not help, contact Epson support.
