My Pulsense device does not respond when I tap it. What should I do?

Try the following:
- Make sure you tap the watch face (PS-500) or LED plate (PS-100) firmly.
- Make sure the battery is charged. Check the back of the watch or band. The green pulse sensor light will be on if the battery is charged. With the PS-500, press the A button to see the pulse sensor light.
If the steps above do not help, contact Epson support.
