My Pulsense device does not appear to charge when it's placed in the charging cradle. What should I do?

  • Try the following:

    • Make sure your Pulsense device is seated in the charging cradle properly. The orange LED should light while the device is charging. Charging is complete when the blue LED is on.
    • If your Pulsense device is the PS-500, make sure it’s inserted in the charging cradle with the charge terminals facing up and the display facing outward.
    • Make sure the charging terminals on your Pulsense device are clean. You can clean them with a damp cotton swab, but make sure the terminals are not wet before you place your device in its charging cradle.
    • Make sure the USB port on your PC or hub will support device charging.

    If the recommendations above do not help, contact Epson support.
