The product doesn't respond to remote control commands. What should I do?
- The remote control uses a line of site infrared signal, with a distence up to aproxamitly 32 feet. you should be within a +/- 30 degree angle from front or rear sensor. If no change check the remote batteries since they may be low on power. Make sure the projector's mouse cable is securely connected to both your computer's mouse port and the projector's main cable. For a PC, make sure you selected the correct COM (communication) port for the wireless mouse control when you set up the ELP Link III software. Also, certain types of fluorescent lighting may affect the projector's infrared receivers. Dim ambient lighting and turn off any fluorescent lighting. Move the projector out of direct sunlight. Turn off any nearby equipment that emits infrared energy.
