I don't get email notifications. What should I do?

Try the following:
- Check your SPAM folder. You may need to adjust your SPAM filter settings to receive email notifications from Epson Connect.
- Log in to your Epson Connect account and check your Email Notification Settings. Make sure the settings are selected as necessary to enable email notifications and click Apply.
- Log in to your Epson Connect account and check your Account Information. Make sure your email address registered with Epson Connect is correct.
