I see the message Internet is not available when connected by Quick Connection Mode. What should I do?

  • Make sure the cellular or mobile data setting on your iOS device is enabled. If your device does not have 3G or 4G data service, you cannot access the Internet when the projector's connection mode is set to Quick and your device is connected to the projector via a direct wireless connection.

    If your iOS device does not have a cellular or mobile data setting, connect the device and the projector to your wireless network. Make sure the projector's connection mode is set to Advanced instead. See your projector's User's Guide for more information.
