The printer does not go to the usual startup screen and gets stuck on a blank or wavy screen. What should I do?
-
Do the following:
- Disconnect the printer from the computer by removing the network or USB cable from the printer. The printer should now go to the startup screen.
- Check the Windows print spooler. If print jobs are stuck in the spooler, delete them.
- Reconnect the network or USB cable.
