My printer will not wake up from sleep mode. What should I do?

• Do the following if the printer goes into sleep mode and won't return to a ready state:

  1. Unplug the printer's power cord, then reattach it.
  2. Turn on the printer and wait for it to be in a ready state.
  3. Check if there's an update to the printer's firmware on the product's support page. If there is, download and install the latest version of the firmware.
