I get a gray bar at the far right side of the print when I use Mac 10.6.5 to create a custom page size that is equal to a predefined size. What should I do?

• Do the following:
  1. Make sure the printer driver software is installed.
  2. Go to the Downloads tab.
  3. Download the Common Updater 4.0.
