My displayed image appear jittery or shaky when I connect a DVD player or VCR to my product. What should I do?

  If the DVD player has a Component video port, you can use the Component video cable to connect your DVD player to the projector's Computer/Component Video port. You can purchase the Component video cable (part number ELPKC19) from the Epson Store.
