I entered the wrong password three times and now my product's operation is locked. What should I do?
If you don't remember the password, write down the request code that appears in the "Password Protect Release" screen and contact Epson support. Do not continue to enter the wrong password. If you enter an incorrect password 30 times in succession, the projector will require service.
If you just remembered your password, but the projector locked after you entered the wrong password 3 times, try the following:
- Turn off the projector.
- Disconnect and reinsert the power cord.
- Turn on the projector.
