The product won't go into sleep mode. What should I do?

• Make sure Sleep Mode is turned On in the Operation Extended menu (sleep mode is turned off by default) and that the Sleep Mode Timer setting is set to the desired length of time you want before the projector turns off automatically. See Selecting Projector Setup Options.
  
  The projector enters sleep mode only if it does not receive a signal for the period of time specified in the Sleep Mode Time setting. A signal is present if a computer or monitor is connected with the power on (unless it is in energy saving mode) and the projector will not go into sleep mode.
