The microphone I'm using does not work with my product. What should I do?
- Make sure the microphone is turned on, then raise the Mic Input Level setting in the Settings menu. See Customizing Projector Features. If this doesn't help, check the cable connecting the projector to the microphone. Replace the cable (or microphone) if necessary. If you need to disconnect or reconnect the cable, lower the volume first.
