Shooting lines appear between the pens, when I use two pens at the same time. What should I do?

• Try the following solutions:
  • Make sure the number of pen users is set to two users in the Easy Interactive Function setting on the projector's Extended menu.
  • Try turning off hovering.
  • Make sure the pens are used approximately 4 inches (10.16 cm) apart.
