The correct date and time do not appear on my product. What should I do?

  • Do the following:

    • Make sure the product is connected to a Wi-Fi network.

      Note: The date and time will automatically update when you connect the product to a network.

    • Make sure the Automatic Date & time setting is on.
    • Make sure the correct time zone is selected.
    If these suggestions do not solve the problem turn, off the Automatic Date & time setting, then use the Set date and Set time options.
